We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social development activities on secure online payment gateway, as under:
Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation. Once received, the online donation will be used for the social development activities of the organization. So there is no possibility to refund the amount after donating money to AME Foundation through online payment gateway.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on AME Foundation will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details.
Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by AME Foundation with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. AME Foundation will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
